I decided to blog away and let myself be free because it is the start of the New Year. :)
This will be the first day of the rest of the year 2011. I am psyched and quite a bit inspired. :) Seriously, I have done EXERCISING! Yes. I will be toning down these flabby arms that I have plus I’m watching my weight. I’m eating just right and not the same way I use to devour food like it is my last day on Earth.
It was quite hard, I still cheat with a few bites of chocolate but I’m coping. So give me a pat on the back for a job well done :)
I’m looking forward to this year. All sunshine and rainbows now? Okay?
